Food Weigh is not a diet. There are hundreds of diets and eating plans on the internet, yet more and more people are overweight. As humans, we have forgotten when to stop eating because the food tastes so good, plus the convenience of "Fast food". The answer is portion control. Remember; the more you eat, the more you weigh! Watch the video for more info.

No? That is because they know when to stop eating. In times of drought they will become thin, but in good times with plenty of food, they will be a healthy weight. They don't count calories, protein, or fat, but just eat what they catch or find. People have lost that instinct. So only humans, and their domestic animals become obese. We need to know when enough is enough.

Step 1: Download the free app on your phone.
Step 2: Weigh your breakfast including the plate or bowl, knife, fork, spoon, etc., and enter that weight into the app in the “Start Meal” block.
Step 3: Once you have finished eating, weigh the plate, knife, fork, spoon, and any uneaten food, and enter this weight into the “Finish Meal” block.
Step 4: Press “OK.”
The app will subtract the weight after eating from the starting weight, and the exact amount of food eaten will appear in the “Today's Total” block.
When you have your next meal or snack, repeat the process. The app will add this new weight to the existing total, so the “Total” block keeps a running total of all the food you have eaten for the day.
If you eat something that does not require a plate — such as a banana, cupcake, or cookie — simply enter that weight into the “Start Meal” block and press “OK.”
At the end of the day, you will have an accurate record of exactly how much food you have eaten that day. That’s the idea: to be aware of your daily food intake.
At midnight, the value in the “Total” block automatically resets to 0, ready for the next day.
Click on the Calculator button to get access to a calculator that will generate a unique target for your lifestyle. For only $3/month you will have access to the calculator, and be able to make changes as your lifestyle changes.
Enter the targeted weight into the app as "Target" and try to stay below this figure. If you exceed this goal, the figures in your Total will turn red, letting you know that you have eaten too much for that day. You will soon learn to judge the portion size, and no longer need to weigh your meals.
